Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos- the trees, the clouds, everything.
-Thich Nhat Hanh
Greetings on this chilly spring day!
We are so grateful to all of you who have continued to support the studio by participating in our online classes. We know this is a unique and challenging time for so many. We are continuing to make the best decisions around re-opening the studio based on the data that’s available but also listening to what feels good in our hearts. It’s important to all of us at ecce that we respect the guidelines put out by the CDC around safe distancing and hygiene. Because of that, we do not feel we can re-open our space at this time. It’s simply not possible to keep adequate space between us in the studio space and we only want to come back together when we are feeling safe and comfortable to do so.
In the meantime, we will continue to offer as many classes as we can online. It is my sincerest hope that you will stick with us during this trying time or consider joining us online if you haven’t yet. The choices we make now to support small businesses (whenever and however we can) will shape what the future looks like for our community, especially our independent downtown community.
We’re currently offering a “Bring a Friend for Free” to all of our current students for one of our online classes. If you have a friend or family member who you think would benefit from our offerings and practices, invite them to join us! This offer expires May 30th so if you’re interested in giving the gift of practice to others, please email me at ecceyoga@gmail.com.
With much love and gratitude,
Brenda (& the ecce team)
