Yoga begins with listening.

Warm November Greetings Friend!
As we begin to move into this early winter mode, my sincere hope is that we can all find time to support and care for ourselves. By doing our self-care, meditation and movement practices, by staying committed to our overall well-being, we are much more able to take care of others and to feel a sense of balance and ease in our lives. For many of us, that journey begins with slowing down and listening.
What do you feel is missing right now in your life regarding your own self-care?
Where are you feeling resistance? What is holding you back from beginning again?
What can you commit to and feel good about?
We have many wonderful offerings at ecce this season that I truly believe can help us in our own healing. From Kristin’s Integrative Movement Series (for anyone suffering with chronic pain, surgeries, injuries or conditions) to my Saturday morning Restore for the Holidays Series to Shar’s Laugher Yoga pop-up class…there are many opportunities to begin again and to re-commit to yourself and your wellness.
With much love,
Brenda
