A 5 Week Online Yoga & Meditation Series for the New Year
January 16- February 13
This online class series will be an opportunity to be a part of a connected and compassionate sangha (community) where we will create space to explore, reflect and find joy in our own journey and in one another. We will work each week with meditation, journaling, movement, asana (poses) and chanting as well as staying connected throughout the week.
