A gentler, mindfulness based class meant to relax and renew. We focus on slower sequencing, conscious breath work and moving with intention and compassion. Props are also utilized to allow a feeling of safety and to encourage a deeper release. This is a good class for beginners or those wanting a more meditative practice. Led by Brenda.
