1950’s hula hooping has evolved into hoop dancing! Experience a class that builds connection, confidence and transformation. We work in a series to build skills from class-to-class. You can expect hoop dance to improve strength, coordination and deliver a cardiovascular workout for the body. No experience is necessary and hoops are provided for use or for sale. Removing jewelry is recommended and clothing that is form-fitting works best as bulky items tend to twist as the hoop revolves.
