Join Brenda for this 4 week Metta (Loving Kindness) Saturday morning series. Time will be spent each week learning and practicing Metta Meditation, followed by a gentle asana (posture) sequence and restorative poses to end. This class will include handouts each week and essential oils samples. We will also create space each week for journaling.
