What does gratitude have to do with meditation? They are a potent pairing ushering us into the present moment; the only place life actually unfolds. An attitude of gratitude imbeds a foundation of joy less vulnerable to life’s turbulence and meditation helps to create space between trigger and reaction so we show up in life less captive to our habitual responses.
In this 4 week series, we will practice breath-awareness meditation, a practical tool to calm the body and mind, paired with gratitude prompts to take this joyful practice well beyond the month of February. Register for all 4 classes at a discount or individual classes below.
