Join Brenda for a special Saturday morning online 6 week series focused on building resiliency during this tumultuous time and creating space for healing and ease. Each week we will explore and practice meditation, movement, mindfulness, pranayama (breathwork) and devotional chanting. We will discover and deepen our capacity for joy, gratitude, and compassion through being and allowing.
Workshop fee includes a weekly 1.5 hour class along with chanting videos for home use and a journal for our weekly writing/self-exploration practice. Register below!
