Mindfulness Practices for Stress & Anxiety (teens & adults) Online

Do you experience overwhelm, anxiety, sleep deprivation, irritability, compassion and social media fatigue? When our Sympathetic Nervous System (Fight or Flight) is perpetually activated or in overdrive, it can leave us feeling worried, agitated, fragile, depleted, hopeless and sad.
 

The tools we will cultivate in this series can create greater awareness around our choices, allowing us to revitalize our actions, promote better quality sleep and exercise deeper self-care and a sense of calm within. We will build a “mindfulness tool kit” that is relevant to life outside of the studio. We will learn and practice breathing techniques and restorative poses, as well as gratitude and mindfulness meditation. As we become more comfortable and familiar with these tools, they will become more accessible in the moments we need them most. Dress comfortably. No experience necessary.
