Join us for this 5 week Saturday morning series focused on finding balance and ease in the upcoming holiday season. Each week we will discuss ways to incorporate better self-care into our lives and how to make space for our practice. We will spend time each week doing a restorative asana (posture) practice together with an emphasis on breath awareness and relaxation. Led by Brenda. Pre-registration is required and non-refundable.
