A six week class series that combines both Yin (passive) and Yang (dynamic) styles. In Yin yoga, we work to more deeply stretch the connective tissue creating more energy and a greater range of motion in the body. In Yang yoga, we work to strengthen and lengthen the muscles by combining movement and breath in a flow sequence. All levels welcome. Led by Brenda. Our fall series runs through October 14th.
