Renew & Restore: A 5 week Course for the New Year
January 9th- February 13th (no class Jan 30th)
This 5 week yoga course will focus on exploring restorative yoga more deeply, learning how to implement it into our daily lives. We will emphasize gentle asana (postures) that encourages a positive flow of energy, helping to ground us during an often difficult and lonely time of year. We will also explore yogic philosophy (emphasizing ahimsa/non-violence) learning how to live the practice both on and off of the mat. Mindfulness Meditation 4 Week Course

Are you curious to know more about meditation or to deepen your existing practice? This 4 week course will demystify Mindfulness Meditation through the opportunity of simply doing the practice together. Using silent breath awareness as the mind tool from which meditation occurs we will restore, breathe and meditate. $70 fee. Led by Gina Sandgren.
Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Course for Winter
Runs Jan 22- Feb 26
Jen’s extensive training in classical and tantric yoga, yoga as therapy and ayurveda will guide you to experience more on the yoga mat than simply the physical practice of poses. We will explore Ayurveda and learn how to use this ancient healing modality in our everyday lives. In this workshop you will understand what Ayurveda is and how it relates to Yoga, discover your Dosha, learn about daily self care practices to maintain optimal health during the winter season and practice asanas (postures) that will support you during the winter season. $70 per person.
