REST AS REFUGE- Tuesdays in June @ 5:30pm
This class starts June 3rd! The frenetic call to action, while essential to meet this moment, is exhausting. If you need permission to rest, escape the grind, and nourish your body and mind, join us. We will rest, meditate, breathe and tune into joy.
100% of proceeds from this class will be donated to the Prairie Abortion Fund.
-
FOUNDATIONS OF SOMAYOGA- Mondays @ 6pm
This class begins Monday June 2nd! This is a beginner yoga class, approached through a somatic lens. In this class we will be exploring somatic movement & yoga therapy techniques. Somatics are small mindful movements paired with breathwork that allow tension within the body to be released. Meditation, breath work, seated & standing poses, & a restorative savasana will complete each class. We will learn to listen & honor what our Soma (mind/body) needs.

GIRL'S CIRCLE- Monday June 23rd @ 6pm
Girls ages 9-14 are invited to come together each month to form a strong circle of connection, creativity and support. Each gathering will be unique but with an overall focus on regulating emotions and managing stress responses, practicing self-love and body appreciation, exploring rituals and creative practices for deeper connection with the earth and one another, and finding support in peers who understand this challenging time.
-
WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tues June 24th @ 6:30pm
We are a monthly circle focused on building sacred, meaningful connection. We know on a deep level that women coming together knits together the very fabric of a healthy, vibrant society. Sitting in circle, sharing our truth and trusting the mystery are ancient practices that were nearly lost. But now, we revive this ancient art and practice of circling. We gather together in circle to re-member, to see and feel our power.
-

A gentle therapeutic yoga class (every third Thursday of the month) using mindfulness, breath, movement and healing touch. We will find ease and relaxation in a supportive group setting. Postures will be modified as needed. No experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one! This free offering is open to anyone living with cancer and/or survivors of cancer. Join us next on Thurs June 19th!

DRUM & SOUND HEALING- Sunday July 13th @ 2pm
Working with sound in a healing way helps to explore and express what you're feeling through active meditation. We will be using frame drums (but any drum will do) as well as connecting with other forms of sound healing. It not only awakens the spirit, it integrates the nervous system through vibration and allows us to activate a state where we can rest, digest, and heal. All donations benefit a local charity.
-
SONG CIRCLE
RESUMES FALL 2025!
We come together for a unique and soul-full gathering of song, poetry and community. No experience or musical background is required. Please pre-register on the classes page.
All donations benefit a local charity.

If you’re wanting more individualized support consider a one-on-one session in person at ecce or online. Using the tools of yoga, reiki, meditation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation we will work together to meet your current needs. Available in person or online.
For more info email Brenda at ecceyoga@gmail.com.

It seems to take daily effort to stay honest and authentic with ourselves. Grace doesn’t save us from brokenness, but can allow us, even in pain and disappointment, to respond more creatively, and salvage what we can.
