  • Exploring the Understory of the Somatic Self Through Movement and Writing- Sat March 21st, 1-4pm

This 3-hour workshop gives participants an opportunity to witness pain, tension and patterns of interrupted movement in our bodies, allowing the stories created within our somas (body/mind) to have voice, and be released onto the page. Writing prompts throughout the class will help to guide the process of unraveling the story of our somatic self in kind and meaningful ways. They are designed to help dissolve the foreign body of pain a little at a time through integrating the lessons life presents us.

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tuesday March 31st @ 6:30pm
