Offerings & Gatherings

  • EMBODIED YOGA (online), Tues & Thurs @ 12pm

Join Brenda for a one hour mindfulness based online class (with a recording available if you can’t make it live) meant to ground and relax our nervous systems. This is a great class for anyone wanting a more embodied practice, for those who struggle with anxiety, depression and/or stress, or for those who are dealing with an injury or illness. Join live and/or have 36 hour access to the class recording.

  • SOMAYOGA, LEVEL 1- Saturdays @ 10am

In this class, we will focus on somatics, breathwork (pranayama), hip & heart openers & finding a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

Much of this class will be on the floor with support of props. A lovely way to connect with our Soma (mind/body/spirit), reset our nervous system, and honor what’s needed to live the fullest version of our lives.

  • SOMAYOGA, LEVEL 2- Mondays @ 6pm

Meditation, breath work, seated & standing poses, & a restorative savasana will be explored in each class. We will learn to listen & honor what our Soma (mind/body) needs. We will be exploring somatic movement & yoga therapy techniques that allow tension within the body to be released.

  • YOGA FOR CANCER- Every First Tues @ 4pm & Every Third Thurs @ 9am

    Join us next on THURS SEPT 18TH @ 9AM & TUES OCT 7TH @ 4PM

We will find ease and relaxation in a supportive group setting. Postures will be modified as needed. No experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one! This free offering is open to anyone living with cancer and/or survivors of cancer. J

  • DEATH CAFE- Sunday September 21st @ 4pm

Death Cafe is an opportunity to talk openly about life, death and grief. This is not a support group but rather a safe space to have meaningful discussions about things that matter.

Join us for conversation, tea and cake! Donations are welcome but not required.

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tues Sept 23rd @ 6:30pm

We are a monthly circle focused on building sacred, meaningful connection.  We know on a deep level that women coming together knits together the very fabric of a healthy, vibrant society. Sitting in circle, sharing our truth and trusting the mystery are ancient practices that were nearly lost. But now, we revive this ancient art and practice of circling. We gather together in circle to re-member, to see and feel our power.

  • GIRL'S CIRCLE- Sunday Sept 28th @ 2pm

Girls ages 9-14 are invited to come together each month to form a strong circle of connection, creativity and support. Each gathering will be unique but with an overall focus on regulating emotions and managing stress responses, practicing self-love and body appreciation, exploring rituals and creative practices for deeper connection with the earth and one another, and finding support in peers who understand this challenging time.

  • SONG CIRCLE - Sunday Sept 28th @ 4pm

We come together for a unique and soul-full gathering of song, poetry and community. No experience or musical background is required. Please pre-register on the classes page.

All donations benefit a local charity.

  • DANCE PARTY- Friday Oct 3rd @ 7pm

Come to dance. That’s that simple (and fun).

We are saved daily by showing up for each other in small ways, by being vulnerable and open enough to reveal those tiny invisible strings made of light that draw us closer .

  • DRUM & SOUND HEALING- Sun Oct 12th @ 2pm

Working with sound in a healing way helps to explore and express what you're feeling through active meditation. We will be using frame drums (but any drum will do) as well as connecting with other forms of sound healing. It not only awakens the spirit, it integrates the nervous system through vibration and allows us to activate a state where we can rest, digest, and heal. All donations benefit a local charity.

  • BODY POETRY- Sat Oct 25th @ 10am

Body Poetry is a unique dance experience that weaves together structured choreography with creative freedom. In each class, you will learn foundational movement patterns that are inspired by playlists of diverse music genres and styles. Whether you're a beginner or experienced dancer, Body Poetry invites you to let your authentic movement emerge through the inspiring music, community connection, and the poetry of your body and life.

  • PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

If you’re wanting more individualized support consider a one-on-one session in person at ecce or online. Using the tools of yoga, reiki, meditation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation we will work together to meet your current needs. Available in person or online.
