  • DRUM & SOUND HEALING

This gathering is a place of self-discovery, where you will be able to release what is no longer needed and open up to the guidance within. Working with sound in a healing way helps to explore and express what you're feeling through active meditation.

We will be using frame drums (but any drum will do) as well as connecting with other forms of sound healing. All donations benefit a local charity.

  • GIRL'S CIRCLE

Girls ages 9-14 are invited to come together each month to form a strong circle of connection, creativity and support. Each gathering will be unique but with an overall focus on learning techniques to help regulate their emotions and manage their stress responses, practicing self-love and body appreciation, exploring different rituals and creative practices for deeper connection with the earth, themselves and one another and walking through this time of great change with other girls who understand.
