Offerings & Gatherings

  • SONG CIRCLE - Sunday May 3rd @ 2pm

We come together for a unique and soul-filled gathering of song, poetry, and community. Each circle is a blend of shared voices, meaningful words, and moments of connection that invite us to slow down and simply be together.

No experience or musical background is needed—just your presence and an open heart. Come to sing, to listen, or to simply be with others in community. All donations benefit a local charity.

  • ROOT & RADIATE: A WORKSHOP FOR RESILIENCE & HOPE- Sunday May 17th, 1-3pm

Root and Radiate is a dance and movement experience to help you shake off stagnation and step into a new season feeling steady, spacious, and renewed. Through a blend of grounded, easy-to-follow choreography, expansive free movement, and guided somatic exploration, we’ll listen for the body’s wisdom as we build strength and freedom from the inside out.

Expect to move, sweat, and breathe in a supportive, invitational space that honors where you are and what’s ready to emerge.

No experience necessary—just a body ready to move and be moved.

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tuesday May 19th @ 6:30pm

Sitting in circle, sharing our truth and trusting the mystery are ancient practices that were nearly lost. But now, we revive this ancient art and practice of circling. We gather together in circle to re-member, to see and feel our power.

  • PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

If you’re wanting more individualized support consider a one-on-one session in person at ecce or online. Using the tools of yoga, reiki, meditation, mindfulness and nervous system regulation we will work together to meet your current needs. Available in person or online.

  • GIRL'S CIRCLE- Next Dates TBA

Girls ages 9–14 are invited to join our monthly Girl’s Circle—a supportive, creative, and fun space designed to build connection and confidence. Each gathering offers something unique, while always nurturing emotional regulation, stress management, and self-love. Together we’ll explore meaningful rituals, creative practices, and ways to appreciate our bodies and the earth. Most of all, this circle gives girls a chance to be seen, heard, and supported by peers who truly understand this powerful and sometimes challenging stage of life.

The path of the warrior is and that mastery

is often simply staying on the path.
