Offerings & Gatherings

  • SOMAYOGA, LEVEL 1- Saturdays @ 10am

In this class, we will focus on somatics, breathwork (pranayama), hip & heart openers & finding a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

Much of this class will be on the floor with support of props. A lovely way to connect with our Soma (mind/body/spirit), reset our nervous system, and honor what’s needed to live the fullest version of our lives.

  • DEATH CAFE- Sunday December 14th @ 4pm

Death Cafe offers a welcoming space to talk openly about life, death, and grief. It’s not a support group, but a safe place for meaningful conversations about what truly matters. Join us for an afternoon of connection, tea, and cake. Donations are appreciated but never expected..

  • SOMAYOGA, LEVEL 2- Mondays @ 6pm

Meditation, breath work, seated & standing poses, & a restorative savasana will be explored in each class. We will learn to listen & honor what our Soma (mind/body) needs. We will be exploring somatic movement & yoga therapy techniques that allow tension within the body to be released.

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tues Dec 16th @ 6:30pm

We are a monthly circle focused on building sacred, meaningful connection.  We know on a deep level that women coming together knits together the very fabric of a healthy, vibrant society.

Sitting in circle, sharing our truth and trusting the mystery are ancient practices that were nearly lost. But now, we revive this ancient art and practice of circling. We gather together in circle to re-member, to see and feel our power.

  • GIRL'S CIRCLE- Sunday Dec 21st @ 2pm

Girls ages 9–14 are invited to join our monthly Girl’s Circle—a supportive, creative, and fun space designed to build connection and confidence. Each gathering offers something unique, while always nurturing emotional regulation, stress management, and self-love. Together we’ll explore meaningful rituals, creative practices, and ways to appreciate our bodies and the earth. Most of all, this circle gives girls a chance to be seen, heard, and supported by peers who truly understand this powerful and sometimes challenging stage of life.

Our December gathering is holiday themed with cookie decorating and a gift exchange!

  • SONG CIRCLE - Sunday Dec 21st @ 4pm

We come together for a unique and soul-filled gathering of song, poetry, and community. Each circle is a blend of shared voices, meaningful words, and moments of connection that invite us to slow down and simply be together.

No experience or musical background is needed—just your presence and an open heart. Come to sing, to listen, or to simply be with others in community.

All donations benefit a local charity.

  • BODY POETRY- Sat Dec 27th @ 10am

Join us for a special Post-Holiday Movement Practice, an energizing and uplifting movement class. This offering is a unique dance experience that weaves together structured choreography with creative freedom. In each class, you will learn foundational movement patterns that are inspired by playlists of diverse music genres and styles. Whether you're a beginner or experienced dancer, this class invites you to let your authentic movement emerge through the inspiring music, community connection, and the poetry of your body and life.

  • DRUM & SOUND HEALING- Sunday Jan 18th @ 2pm

The drum circle is a space for self-discovery, connection, and renewal.
Together, we use rhythm and sound to release what no longer serves us and to open more fully to our own inner guidance.

You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to explore. Drumming as a form of sound healing offers a powerful way to connect with your body, express your emotions, and settle into a state of active, meditative awareness.

Whether you come for grounding, creativity, stress relief, or simply to try something new, you are welcome in this circle. All proceeds go to charity.

  • Exploring the Understory of the Somatic Self Through Movement and Writing- Sat Jan 24th, 1-4pm

This 3-hour workshop gives participants an opportunity to witness pain, tension and patterns of interrupted movement in our bodies, allowing the stories created within our somas (body/mind) to have voice, and be released onto the page. Writing prompts throughout the class will help to guide the process of unraveling the story of our somatic self in kind and meaningful ways. They are designed to help dissolve the foreign body of pain a little at a time through integrating the lessons life presents us.

  • DANCE PARTY- Friday Feb 6th @ 7pm

Join us for Dance Party—two hours of free-form dancing in a welcoming, judgment-free space. There’s no instruction or choreography, just people coming together to move, laugh, let go, and enjoy the simple freedom of dance.

Come be part of the music, the energy, and the community.
