Offerings & Gatherings

  • DRUM & SOUND HEALING- Sunday Sept 13th, 2pm

The drum circle is a space for self-discovery, connection, and renewal.
Together, we use rhythm and sound to release what no longer serves us and to open more fully to our own inner guidance.

Whether you come for grounding, creativity, stress relief, or simply to try something new, you are welcome in this circle. All proceeds go to charity.

  • DEATH CAFE- Sunday Sept 13th, 4pm

Death Cafe offers a welcoming space to talk openly about life, death, and grief. It’s not a support group, but a safe place for meaningful conversations about what truly matters.

Join us for an afternoon of connection, tea, and cake. Donations are appreciated but never expected..

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLE- Tuesday Sept 15th, 6:30-8pm

We are a monthly circle focused on building sacred, meaningful connection.  We know on a deep level that women coming together knits together the very fabric of a healthy, vibrant society.

Sitting in circle, sharing our truth and trusting the mystery are ancient practices that were nearly lost. But now, we revive this ancient art and practice of circling. We gather together in circle to re-member, to see and feel our power.

  • ECO-SOMATIC YOGA- Mondays, 6-7:15pm (Sept 21- Oct 5)

Join our early autumn 3 week yoga series! Movement can be a practice of listening: an opportunity to notice the wisdom of our bodies, attune to the rhythms of the natural world, and awaken our sense of belonging within something larger than ourselves.

This offering will explore movement as a way of aligning with the changing rhythms of the Earth and of our own bodies; creating space to listen, feel, reflect, and reconnect.

  • EMBODIED YOGA (online), Tues & Thurs, 12pm

Join Brenda for a gentle, mindfulness-based online class designed to help ground and soothe the nervous system. A recording is available if you can’t attend live.

Each session offers slower, intentional movement, conscious breathwork, and guidance on relating to your body with patience and compassion. This class is ideal for anyone seeking a more embodied practice, navigating anxiety, depression, or stress, or moving through an injury or illness. All are welcome.

  • SOMADANCE: Embodied Power- Saturday Sept 26th, 10-11am

This September, SomaDance turns toward power—not the kind you perform, but the kind you embody. Through expressive choreography and intuitive free movement, this session invites you to move with your full lifeforce: bold, unapologetic, and fierce.

Take up space and show up in your softness, your rage, and your joy - whatever power looks like in your body today. Expect to sweat, feel, express, and leave a little more rooted in your personal power.

  • THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR CANCER- Tuesdays, 4pm

This gentle therapeutic yoga class offers a nurturing blend of mindfulness, breath-work, slow movement, and healing touch. Together, we create a supportive group environment where you can find ease, comfort, and moments of deep relaxation.

All postures will be adapted to meet your individual needs, and no prior yoga experience is required. This free class is open to anyone living with cancer as well as cancer survivors.

  • SOMAYOGA- Saturdays, 10-11:15am

Somatics are small mindful movements paired with breathwork that allow tension within the body to be released. This is a beginner yoga class that approaches yoga through a somatic lens. We explore somatic movement & yoga therapy techniques that will help strengthen a classic asana practice.

Meditation, breathwork, & a restorative savasana provides a foundation of practice that meets us where we’re at. Much of this class is on the floor using the support of props. We will learn to listen & honor what our Soma (mind/body) needs. All levels and abilities are welcome!

  • SONG CIRCLE - Sunday Sept 27th, 2-3pm

We come together for a unique and soul-filled gathering of song, poetry, and community. Each circle is a blend of shared voices, meaningful words, and moments of connection that invite us to slow down and simply be together.

No experience or musical background is needed—just your presence and an open heart. Come to sing, to listen, or to simply be with others in community. All donations benefit a local charity.

  • DANCE PARTY- Friday Oct 23rd, 7pm

Join us for Dance Party, an hour of free-form dancing in a welcoming, judgment-free space. There’s no instruction or choreography, just people coming together to move, laugh, let go, and enjoy the simple freedom of dance.

Come be part of the music, the energy, and the community.
